Lodging and Logistics for Conference Participants
Lodging
Participants in the National Convening will stay in the Foothills dormitories on the UC Berkeley campus. Each participant will have a private bedroom in a 3-8 bedroom suite, with a shared bath. Lodging will be covered the nights of June 27-28, so those arriving early to experience SF Pride weekend will need to make their own arrangements. During the retreat, participants are strongly encouraged to stay with the group on campus, but for those who would prefer, we have reserved reduced rate room blocks at two hotels nearby. Although lodging in the dormitories will be fully covered for all invited participants, hotel lodging will not be reimbursed and is at your own expense.

Travel
Please contact us for travel arrangements. Detailed information on transit to/from the San Francisco and Oakland airports will be sent to participants soon. Both airports are served by BART, the Bay Area Rapid Transit System, which also has a station at the U.C. Berkeley campus. From the Berkeley BART station there is a campus shuttle that attendees can take to the Foothills dorms.
